This birthday cocktail is the perfect blend of tart and sweet!
We made this drink recipe in honor of my birthday week! I love cranberry and of course you have to have champagne on your birthday. Adding vanilla vodka really makes this seem fancy but with only 3 ingredients it is super simple.

TogglePour a little maple syrup onto a plate and rim the edge of a glass. Roll the edges in any sprinkles you like.
Pour the vodka, chilled champagne, and cranberry juice into a shaker, mix well, and pour into the glass. Add ice if you like. That’s it!
I found this vanilla maple syrup at Walmart. It almost has a bourbon flavor and it tastes phenomenal when used to rim the glass. It goes really well with the vanilla vodka too!
Highly recommend you try this recipe, and let me know if you do! Enjoy!
In the mountains I didn’t have access to fresh cherries so I replicated the drink at home. Well, let’s be honest. I replicated it multiple times because, when you turn 40, you get an entire birthday month. 🙂 Cranberry and champagne are such a great combo!
